In July it will be possible to see the first completed home at exclusive Bouverie Walk – Linden Homes’ lovely new development in historic and beautiful Salisbury.
Once complete, there will be just thirteen 3, 4 and 5 bedroom detached homes in this quiet corner of Harnham – a part of the city famous for its picturesque water meadows immortalized by landscape artist John Constable.
The elegantly finished new show home – a five bedroom detached house – will be open for viewing from mid July.
Bouverie Walk is located on the Old Blandford Road to the south of the city. It lies midway between the city centre and Salisbury District Hospital and is close to some of the most beautiful scenery Britain has to offer.
Once complete, the development will consist of one 3 bedroom home with its own garage, eight 4-bedroom homes and four 5-bedroom homes, all with double garages. One of the five bedroom homes has a detached garage and a very large office space within the house. Each home has its own, manageable garden.
It’s expected that the first of these homes will be ready to move in to by November of this year.
