On the ball with a new look - and a new sponsor - are sporting youngsters from Bedfordshire.
Developer Linden Homes Midlands has kicked off its community engagement in the area by supporting players and their coaches of Bromham Youth AFC.
Based in the village of Bromham, the club is run by an army of dedicated volunteers, and includes the Under 10s team – which thanks to the award-winning house builder is now sporting a new look.
The club, which holds the FA Charter Standard Status, currently plays in the Milton Keynes & District Development League.
Linden Homes Midlands’ head of technical Gary Martin, whose 10-year-old son William plays for the team, also volunteers as a coach.
He said: “The sponsorship from Linden Homes has been a great boost to the club, which is run purely by volunteers on the goodwill and generosity of parents.
“The money will help enormously when it comes to helping with the running costs of the club.”
Linden Homes is currently forging closer links with commutable Bedfordshire, thanks to it two new developments; Portfolio in the village of Great Denham and coming soon to the market town of Dunstable, the 109 home Kaleidoscope development.
A new show home is poised for a November show home opening at Portfolio, with the first of the 111 two, three and four-bedroom homes available to reserve now.
Both these developments enjoy excellent road and rail links to Bedford, Milton Keynes and Northampton.
