Two Top Appointments Charge Up Linden Homes' Performance Drive

Top five housebuilder Linden Homes has made two board-level appointments as the company continues its drive to enhance margin performance, disciplined growth and customer service. Andrew Hammond as the new divisional managing director for Linden Homes’ Western division and David Bridges as dedicated business improvement director.

Hammond (44) was previously at Persimmon, where he was regional chairman of its South East division, takes over the running of the Western division from Greg Locke who retires in June.

Bridges (48) who joins Linden Homes from Wates, will work alongside board members to provide a clear and continuous focus on strengthening the business processes supporting company growth.

Andrew Richards, Group Managing Director, said: “We’re constantly pushing for Linden Homes to reach new heights, and having David and Andrew on board will be a major advantage. They bring invaluable experience to their jobs from the housebuilding industry as well as their wider business expertise and acumen. I’d also to thank Greg for his huge contribution and wish him well in his retirement.
