Linden Homes is launching two stunning show homes at The Oaks development in Chudleigh on Saturday 8th February at 10am.
Emma Colin, sales and marketing director at Linden Homes, said: “We will be unveiling a beautiful three bedroom Eveleigh and a four bedroom Leverton show home, enabling visitors to see the high quality finish and pick up some interior design ideas for their new house. Due to demand, we are releasing more homes for sale, so we’re encouraging homebuyers to explore this fantastic new development and enjoy a special coffee at the launch from the Howling Wolf coffee van.”
The Oaks, named after the mature protected oak trees found on site, will provide 229 new homes, including 11 self-build plots, nestled in the picturesque town of Chudleigh. The development of two, three and four bedroom properties will feature allotments, open space, two play areas and a natural habitat for local bio-diversity. There are currently three bedroom homes and four bedroom detached houses.
The Oaks boasts easy access to the A38 and M5 and is set in a gorgeous countryside location, with a charming community on its doorstep. The development is near to good schools and is in commuting distance of Exeter, Newton Abbot and Plymouth, situated on the edge of Dartmoor National Park.
