To find out more about the popular incentive, a Part Exchange Weekend is taking place at the recently launched Cricketers View development in Killinghall.
Sales and financial experts, including solicitors from Ison Harrison, will be on hand to offer advice during the weekend on July 1st and 2nd.
Cricketers View will boast a selection of new homes, suitable for a range of budgets and living requirements, with the first of the 62 properties due for completion this August /September.
Phase 1 is made up of a stunning range of four and five bedroom-detached homes.
The development will be opening its doors during the Part Exchange Weekend from 10.30am until 5pm. However, visitors will only be able to speak with a solicitor on each day until 3pm.
Linden Homes can also talk to potential buyers about the new Total Part Exchange scheme – with Cricketers View one of the first developments to offer the incentive.
- Linden will make the customer an offer on their existing property, leaving them free to reserve their new Linden home.
- The purchaser can still look for a buyer who is prepared to pay more, and take the offer if they receive it.
- Customers keep the extra, their new home is still reserved and Linden will pay the estate agent fees.
- If the customer does not find a buyer, the Linden offer still stands – so they just can’t lose!
