Linden Homes has seen a rise in off-plan sales, with over 10 per cent of homes already reserved at its new Brook Park development, off Great Stoke Way in Harry Stoke, Bristol.
With first completions expected in spring 2021, Brook Park will provide 112 contemporary homes, a third of which will be affordable housing. The development will feature a beautiful collection of one bedroom apartments, plus two, three and four bedroom homes, well-connected to the city centre, as well as Bristol Parkway train station, UWE and the M4 motorway.
Sue Scholfield, sales and marketing director at Linden Homes, said: “We received a huge amount of interest in the development early on and so we started to sell some of the homes off-plan. We’ve been delighted with the early success and homebuyers have been quick to recognise that when you buy off-plan there are a number of benefits. Not only are you able to secure your preferred home, but you’re able to personalise it by choosing your kitchen and the tiles in the bathroom.”
Sue added: “We’d encourage anyone interested in the new homes to register their interest as soon as possible to find out about the current phase and to ensure they’re the first to hear about future price releases and launch dates.”
