Off Plan Buyers Snap Up Colchester Apartments

There are now just six elegant one bedroom Parkland apartments remaining at the Northfields development in Colchester. These apartments are so popular that 17 or the 23 have been sold off plan: The buyers were so keen to own these homes that they have put down a deposit based purely on what they’ve seen of architect’s plans and brochures.

You provide the 5% deposit and your mortgage company lends you 75% of the value of the house, leaving 20%, which is the portion that the Government will lend to you - interest free - for five years.
