London property hunters looking for a spacious apartment in a convenient location have a new opportunity in the East End, thanks to Linden Homes. The housebuilder has just unveiled a brand new collection of properties at the St Clements development in Bow. With a third of these properties being sold within a matter of weeks, interested buyers looking to set roots in the area are being encouraged to act now.
If a new build is on the wish-list then ‘Eastgrove Gardens’ consists of one and two bedroom brand new apartments with two larger properties available offering three bedrooms. Each apartment boasts a balcony, a fully fitted kitchen with open plan living/dining area. All one bedroom apartments qualify for Help to Buy London which applies to first-time buyers and homeowners alike, offering a government loan of up to 40 per cent.
If a refurb style is more appealing, then following popular demand, a further 16 apartments, in one of the former hospital’s Victorian buildings, have also been released. A quarter of these homes part of South Court have already sold in a matter of weeks.
South Court is just one of the original Victorian buildings, part of the St Clements development that has been restored to become home to these stunning apartments.
