Mayflower Leat Wins LABC Bricks Development of the Year Award

Mayflower Leat in North Prospect has been named the winner of the prestigious LABC Bricks Development of the Year Award. The Bricks Development of the Year (over 100 units) South have been awarded for their outstanding workmanship and site management.

The Bricks Site Recognition Award winners are chosen every month by LABC Warranty risk management surveyors during their inspection visits, which take place regularly through construction. Sites that score consistently high for general co-operation with inspectors, health and safety, site tidiness, standard of site management and quality of workmanship are nominated for a Site Recognition Award. All monthly winners for that year are then further shortlisted, where only the best of those sites are rewarded with The Bricks Development of the Year award, one of the construction industry’s most prestigious awards given to outstanding sites from England and Wales.
