Linden Launches Home Hunters Prize Draw

Home hunters will have the chance to win VIP tickets to Torquay’s Royal Regatta events this month.

Over the next three weeks, award winning new home developers Linden Homes are inviting people interested in buying in Torquay, to discuss help with part exchanging their existing home and low deposit schemes and mortgage help for first time buyers without obligation.

Linden Homes South West’s Sales Manger, Annie Ellis said: “We understand the obstacles families face financing their new homes, and we see it very much as part of our business to help buyers.

Visitors to Southsands on the seafront and Chapelwood Park overlooking the bay, will be automatically entered into a weekly prize draws on viewing the new showhomes.

Ms Ellis, continued:

We are pleased to give people the opportunity to gain exclusive views of the Regatta from some of Torquay’s finest hotels, as part of support of Torbay’s Royal Regatta Committee. The annual fireworks, Red Arrows plus boat trips, a highlight of the bay calendar, are a great way to experience the delights of of Tor Bay living.
