HAVING snapped up his first brand new Linden Homes property just over a year ago, happy customer David Conway has decided to move on – to a neighbouring site just an hour away!
At just 26 years old, operations manager David has moved into his third home, and his second with award winning house builder Linden Homes.
Having used the company’s part exchange scheme to move to his first new home at the New Waltham development Renaissance from an existing property in Skegness, David has just celebrating moving to another new Linden Homes property in Hull.
The smooth move to the popular Lindenwood development at Kingswood Parks – just an hour away from Renaissance – means David can travel to work with increased ease, and is part of a growing community in the popular area of Hull.
The time is was the Assisted Move scheme that helped David secure a new home at Lindenwood – with Linden Homes appointing an estate agent on his behalf, leaving him free to reserve his preferred property and taking the hassle out of moving.
David said: “I originally used part exchange to buy a Linden home at Renaissance in Grimsby, moving there from Skegness. The location of Renaissance was very good, but a change to my working arrangements a few years ago led me to look at moving.
“Having had a look around Hull and the Kingswood developments, I chose Linden Homes as their properties seemed to be better built than the rest - and I was happy with the one I was in at the time!”
And whilst celebrating a move to a fantastic three-bedroom detached home – he has already recommended Linden Homes to a friend.
