Linden Homes is celebrating picking up a haul of trophies from the What House? Awards 2012 – including the prestigious title of Best Large Housebuilder of the Year.

The company – which has its regional head office in Hessle - was recognised by the judges in six categories for its top-rated developments across the country, adding to the collection of accolades it has already won during a highly successful year.

The prizes were picked up during a glittering ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, on Friday November 16 in the What House? Awards’ 31^st year.

As well as winning gold for Best Large Housebuilder of the Year, Linden Homes claimed silver for Sustainable Housebuilder of the Year and also Best Brownfield for its popular Evolve development in Plymouth.

It received praise and other awards for developments around the country.

Chief Executive Greg Fitzgerald said: “This is another very encouraging result in a year that has seen our housebuilding efforts around the country repeatedly recognised by the judges.

“It’s thanks to the skill and dedication of our teams in every department of the company that we have achieved this. It sets us up to continue to strive for similar excellent results in 2013: picking up more awards and delighting customers.”

Linden Homes is currently building in Grimsby and other parts of North East Lincolnshire as well as East Riding and West Yorkshire.
