HOUSEBUILDER Linden Homes will be continuing its long-association with Leicestershire following planning consent for a new 84 home development.
The award-winning developer has recently purchased and obtained local authority planning permission for the homes on the outskirts of Leicester.
The development – located off Cambridge Road in the village of Whetstone – will comprise a stunning selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes to cater for a range of budgets and lifestyles. Eight of these homes will be sold through partnerships with local housing associations.
Linden Homes sales director Chris Roads said: “We are delighted to announce this new development, and to be able to continue to offer home hunters in and around the area increased choice of new housing in a carefully selected location.”
A marketing name and start date for work on the development have yet to be finalised.
Whetstone is perfectly positioned just five miles from Leicester – making it convenient for commuters. It also enjoys excellent road and rail links,
Linden Homes already has links with Leicestershire, with completed developments in Coalville and Anstey – and a forthcoming development in Sapcote.
