There are now only four apartments left at Linden Homes’ glamorous Splash development in Southampton’s Ocean Village. All four of the apartments, which have only recently been released, are duplex: This means they are arranged over two floors giving them a tremendous sense of space and versatility.

To make it easier to buy one of the last remaining properties at Splash, Linden Homes is offering the NewBuy* scheme – the Government backed initiative to help people onto and up the property ladder.
It requires just a 5% deposit while securing a 95% fixed rate mortgage and applies to any new build home – house or apartment – as long as it costs less than £500,000.
And it’s proving a big success: According to a recent Home Builders’ Federation report, the scheme - which helps to bridge the deposit gap - has attracted 400 new buyers since it was launched in March and is expected to attract tens of thousands other new buyers over the next three years.
Splash is located on the waterfront at Ocean Village. And while many of the Splash apartments look out over the marina, others have views of Southampton Water and beyond. It’s situated just one mile from Southampton City centre and the West Quay shopping centre.
Ocean Village, which is made up of residences, bars, restaurants, cinemas, a yacht club and marina, is within easy reach of the M3 (to London and the West Country) the M27 (to the New Forest, east Hampshire and Sussex) and the A34 (to the Midlands).
