A new showhome alongside a sales and marketing suite has now been opened to prospective buyers at a highly anticipated housing development in Deeping St James.
Linden Homes, part of the Vistry Group, is building 77 new homes at Springfields, off Linchfield Road. The development offers a mix of three and four-bedroom houses.
The first properties at Springfields have already been sold after more than 600 people registered interest in the development before the launch in August.
The first homes were sold from another Linden Homes development and one of the developer’s regional hub offices, while a bridge was built via Linchfield Road to open the development up to safely welcome visitors. The first residents are due to move into their new homes in March.
The four-bedroom The Pembroke showhome represents the style of houses being built at Springfields and was officially opened to visitors, by appointment only, from Saturday 13 February.
Weronika Maslak, Sales Manager for Linden Homes East Midlands, said: “Springfields is attracting high levels of interest, which is not surprising due to its desirable location and the affordability of the homes.

Springfields is part of a wider scheme of 145 new homes being built in the village, with three and four-bedroom homes currently available.
