Linden Homes is unveiling a stunning new show home at its exciting new White Rock development in Paignton on Saturday 24th January.
Dressed in pinks and creams with chic glass and white furniture, the contemporary Saltram housetype shows homebuyers how a finished home at the development could look.
The four bedroom townhouse features an integral garage, a downstairs toilet and a fantastic kitchen/dining room, with double doors opening into the garden. Upstairs there is a living room and a sumptuous master bedroom with an en-suite shower room. On the second floor there are three stunning bedrooms, one with a balcony and a family bathroom.

Linden Homes is creating White Rock in collaboration with development company Aster Homes. White Rock will be an exciting new development featuring a range of high quality family homes, including public open space, allotments and a sports provision. Comprising a wide range of one bedroom apartments, two bedroom coach houses, plus two, three and four bedroom houses, the development is spread across two parcels of land.
Near to the seaside resorts of Goodrington and Paignton, White Rock will be situated to the west of Brixham Road and east of Waddeton Road, close to a number of local amenities. The development has been designed to fit in with its surroundings, creating a good quality and safe environment.
Linden Homes has created a number of new homes in the area and is also behind the Orestone View development in Goodrington and The Copse in Ogwell.
