Award-Winning Developer Builds Up Its Sales And Marketing Team
14 May 2014

CONITINUING to build on its success around the region – having recently announced housing investment worth £70 million – Linden Homes has strengthened its sales team.

Long-serving Bev Bray has been promoted to area sales manager, having started with the company in 2002.

Bev spent a number of years as a sales executive at grass roots level for a number of successful developments across the region. Six years ago, Bev moved to a role at head office which involved looking after the marketing of the company across the region prior to her recent promotion.

As area sales manager, Bev will oversee the sales progress of existing and new sites across the Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire areas.

Victoria Barlow, who steps into the marketing manager position from sales administrator, has filled Bev’s previous role.

Victoria joined Linden Homes Midlands in 2012 – delivering elements of customers care and working alongside property portals to raise the company’s profile.

Meanwhile, Tanya Broadstock joins the team – and the new homes industry – as sales administrator. All three are based at Linden Homes’ regional head office in Peterborough.

Linden Homes sales director Chris Roads said: “We are enjoying a very busy and successful period at the moment, with our current sites selling exceptionally well, and a number of new locations at various stages of planning permission and development.

“We need a first class team to deliver all elements of the sales journey, hence the recent appointments and promotions.”

Linden Homes is continuing to expand across the region – having bought land which will lead to £70 million worth of housing investment.

As well as new developments coming on stream between now and the summer months in locations across Bedfordshire, Lincolnshire and Huntingdonshire, a number of additional areas of land have been purchased.

Sites in Whetstone (Leicestershire) and Witham St Hughes (Lincolnshire) have been earmarked for a total of 134 new homes, while proposed land purchased in Higham Ferrers and Burton Latimer in Northamptonshire are currently awaiting local authority planning consent.

Collectively, these new sites will deliver over 500 new homes.
