Work has begun on site at Linden Homes’ development in the village of Clanfield in East Hampshire: If you’re keen to buy a beautiful new home in this area, then you should register your interest now.
The demolition of the old bungalow on the site, on Drift Road, has been completed and the new access road is currently being built.
Construction will begin in earnest this month and the homes are expected to be ready to occupy though the summer and autumn. Once they’re in place, Linden Homes will carefully landscape the site.
The development will eventually consist of twelve beautiful new 2, 3 and 4 bedroom Linden Homes including a two-bedroom bungalow, two and three bedroom homes plus two and four bedroom detached homes.
