With romance now in the air, February is the perfect month to fall in love with the idea of moving to a brand new home in Leicestershire.
This month sees the official opening of Linden Homes Midlands’ Mulberry Park development in the village of Hamilton.
And there will be an opportunity for potential buyers to see just what takes their fancy when they make a date for the show home opening on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th February.
The exceptional four-bedroom Glinton show home will be the jewel in the development’s crown, giving visitors the chance to get a feel for what Mulberry Park has to offer.
A stunning selection of 60 three, four and five-bedroom homes are being built off Laverton Road, in a range of detached and semi detached styles.
The first new homes to be released will be a number of the four-bedroom detached homes, followed by a range of three-bed semi detached homes.
Prices have yet to be finalised, but there is a chance for potential purchasers to register their interest now and receive a personalised invitation for the launch as well as a brochure.
The development is perfectly placed just four miles from Leicester city centre, making it an ideal commutable location.
For journeys further afield, Leicester train station offers a fastest journey time of 1 hour 6 minutes into London St Pancras International station. Mulberry Park is also within close proximity to the A47 and M1 for routes north and south.
