Linden Homes will be unveiling two beautiful new show homes on Saturday 18th May at its exclusive City Glade development in St Loyes, off Topsham Road in Exeter.
Sarah Caseley, interior designer for Charles Scott Interior Design said: “The moorland themed four bedroom show home has been dressed in warm heathers and greens. I took my inspiration from nearby Dartmoor and have used lots of spring colours and classic furniture.
“The three bedroom show home is very contemporary with lots of glass and chrome, blues, turquoises, and white furniture. The homes have a wonderful feel to them and the space works really well.”
Speaking about the new development, Sharon Holder sales manager for Linden Homes said: “The new show homes are gorgeous, we’re expecting the opening event to be very busy, especially given its location.
“The scheme has been well designed and is beautifully situated, just a short walk down to the river and equidistant between Topsham and Exeter city centre. Transport links are fantastic and there are some good schools nearby.”
City Glade will comprise 58 privately owned new three and four bedroom homes, as well as an area of open space for local residents to enjoy.
The company also has a range of initiatives to help homebuyers, including the Government’s new Help to Buy scheme, NewBuy, Part Exchange and Linden Assist - designed to help people sell their home or raise that much needed deposit.
Sharon added: “Home 20 is a three bedroom house with parking, it’s priced at £309,950 but if you used the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, you would only need a five per cent deposit and a mortgage of £247,960, with the remaining 20 per cent borrowed over 25 years.
“We have some great locations in the South West and Exeter especially is proving to be a popular place to live. Our Milbury Reach development in Exminster has been incredibly sought after, with high visitor and reservation levels.”
