Do you need to sell before you can buy?
Linden Homes is holding a part exchange event at its popular Camomile Lawn development in Totnes on Saturday 21st July from 11am to 4pm, to help homebuyers who want to move this summer.
Part exchange enables homeowners to buy a new home and sell their existing property in one, quick, hassle-free move; there’s no chain and the company will pay the estate agent fees.
Beverly Rickard, sales manager for Linden Homes, said: “Part exchange really takes the worry out of selling your existing home and we’re often asked how the scheme works, so we’re holding an event so homebuyers can find out more.
“Visitors can come along on Saturday, speak to an independent mortgage expert and meet Neil Burton, our in-house part exchange manager, to discuss how they could part exchange their existing property for a stunning new Linden home.”
Linden Homes is creating a beautiful collection of homes locally at Camomile Lawn and there are just eight stunning four bedroom homes available.
Beverly added: “Even if you don’t have a property to sell, we have other schemes to help you move. For example, reserve home 105 for £99 and we’ll pay your Stamp Duty! We’ll also include flooring and £1,000 towards legal fees! Come and visit us to find out more.”
