The Mayor Of Newton Abbot Declares Church Walk ‘Open’ At A Community Event
05 Apr 2019

Members of the local community joined the Mayor of Newton Abbot, Councillor Ken Purchase, at an event to officially launch Linden Homes’ Church Walk development.

In just a couple of weeks, 16 properties have already been reserved at the development that will provide 202 attractive two, three and four bedroom homes, including a pond and a play area, near Highweek on the leafy outskirts of Newton Abbot.

Emma Colin, Linden Homes’ sales and marketing director, said: “We were delighted to welcome key members of the local community to our ribbon cutting event with the Mayor, and the Highweek Village Inn did a fantastic job with the food.

“We’ve seen a high level of visitors ever since we opened, all keen to look around the gorgeous new show home and the interior designer has done a wonderful job. Dressed in a calming palette of greens, taupes and whites, the stunning show home features beautiful fabrics with solid wooden furniture and contemporary metallic accents. There is a charming sky-themed child’s bedroom with a hand-painted hot air balloon mural that has been a real talking point and there’s another bedroom that will be a hit with any cycling fanatic!

“We’ve been really pleased how successful our launch has been and there are many different house types available, offering plenty of choice to suit a variety of needs and budgets.”

Church Walk is a fantastic development offering a stylish collection of homes, which include bay windows, open plan living areas with double doors leading out to the garden, utility rooms, juliet balconies and spacious master bedrooms with en-suites. The properties are all part of the Linden Collection, the company’s new signature range of homes, following extensive consultation with architects, technicians and customers.

Offering easy access to Dartmoor and Bovey Tracey, the development is also close to the A38 and Newton Abbot’s train station to access Exeter and Plymouth. There are good schools nearby, the race course and a range of shops and restaurants.

The sales and marketing suite is open daily from 10am to 5pm, with late night opening from 12pm until 7pm on a Thursday, just off Exeter Road, Newton Abbot, TQ12 6PP, call 01626 221 688 for more information or visit our website.
