A recent study has revealed that York is the place most Brits would like to live – and the historic city has also topped a poll of the most beautiful cities in the UK.
According to the internet survey by search engine Bing, one in 10 Brits would move to York over any other city – which is great news for developer Linden Homes.
The award-winning house builder is poised for an official New Year launch of its exciting 1877 development.
As a tribute to the golden age of railway, 1877 will offer a stunning selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes to a quiet corner of North Yorkshire.
Named to commemorate the building of what in its heyday was the largest railway station in the world, the development at Ouseacre will be made up of 57 new homes - built in a range of two-storey styles and designs to complement the existing area.
