Linden Homes is opening its exciting Kempsey Mead new homes development in Kempsey, near Worcester, on Saturday 14th May at 10am.
The village is nestled in the picturesque Malvern Hills, just three miles south from Worcester, with a good selection of primary schools nearby.

Featuring a stunning collection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, Kempsey Mead will comprise 106 properties, all built to the usual high specification Linden Homes is renowned for.
The first release of homes will include three and five bedroom detached houses. The well-designed three bedroom Hawford housetype features a living room, downstairs toilet and a fantastic open plan kitchen/dining room with double doors leading out to the garden. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, two additional bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Sue added: “We’ve received a lot of interest in the development already. The opening of our sales and marketing suite this weekend gives everyone the chance to come along to meet our team, view the plans and even reserve a home on the day!”
The company has a number of initiatives to help people move, including Help to Buy which could help with that much needed deposit or Part Exchange, where Linden Homes could buy your existing home while you move to a new house at Kempsey Mead.
