Brian Deacon, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes, explained: “Available on selected properties, homebuyers can reserve a home today and move in time for Christmas. If someone is serious about moving then we’d love to help them make it happen.
“We appreciate it can be an expensive time of year, so we’re offering to pay their mortgage until 1st May 2016 and they’ll have more money available to spend on Christmas, buy new furniture or even put towards a holiday.
“Imagine spending Christmas in a brand new home, with the added peace of mind that there’s no mortgage or rent to pay until May. I don’t think you’ll receive a better Christmas present!”

To claim the best Christmas present ever, homebuyers need to reserve one of the selected homes by Sunday 22nd November and move in by Thursday 24th December 2015. The mortgage paid would be calculated up to a maximum of five per cent of the property price and deducted from the house price on legal completion.
