Doom and gloom seems to surround the housing market, but one company which is bucking the national trend is West Midlands-based Linden Homes.
In less than a month of opening and work commencing on site, the developer has sold all 14 of its plots at ‘The Villas’ site, off George’s Park in Lozells, before building work has progressed above ground level.
Linda Huntington, sales manager for Linden Homes West Midlands, comments: “It’s nice to be able to report such good property news so soon into the year.
