Linden Homes has just revealed a stunning new show home at its Tithe Barn development in Exeter.
Visitors attended the launch event to look around the beautifully furnished four bedroom Leverton house and view plans of the newly released properties. Interest in the development has been high, with a flurry of visitors and four homes sold in the last week.
Dressed in a neutral palette of creams, greys, sage greens and blush pinks, the classic show home is calming and relaxed, centred around the family. A combination of oak, mirrored and metal furniture is used throughout with feature wallpaper, exquisite fabrics and natural accents.
Charlotte Darby from ShowBusiness Interiors said: “We’re really pleased with the finished result, it’s a stunning family house that’s flooded with light and provides flexible living space. We especially loved creating the sports-themed bedroom and there’s a charming fairy-inspired bedroom that’s worked really well – we’re delighted with the outcome.”
Emma Colin, sales and marketing director at Linden Homes, said: “The interior designer has done a fabulous job and the show home looks amazing. The launch was a great success and we’re delighted to have reserved four homes this week.
“The properties are part of the Linden Collection, our new signature range of homes, following extensive consultation with architects, technicians and customers, and we’re excited to be showcasing them in Exeter.”
There are currently three, four and five bedroom homes available at Tithe Barn. The development is located near good schools and benefits from excellent transport links – including the M5, A30, Exeter airport and Exeter train station.
