Linden Homes will purchase your old home, so you won’t need to worry about marketing your home or organising viewings – and there will be no estate agents’ fees to pay. Once Linden Homes has bought your old home, you are free to go ahead and buy your new home at Exemplar Park.
Exemplar Park is part of the Berryfields consortium, boasting employment opportunities, a food store and 10 other smaller shops, plus three new schools – one of which will be a state-of-the-art academy.
Exemplar Park is in a superb position for commuters, with Aylesbury town centre on its doorstep.
