There may be snow on the ground and a serious chill in the air, but savvy home hunters in East Yorkshire are already looking ahead to the summer.
Award-winning Linden Homes North is giving customers the chance to snap up a brand new home fresh from the drawing board at one of its newest developments, Woodland Croft in Hessle – and move in in time for the warmer weather.
A total of 140 stylish new two, three and four-bedroom homes will be built at Woodland Croft, where a show home is due to open in early spring.
A launch last September saw keen customers queue for an hour before the doors opened to ensure they reserved their preferred plot at the development – with over 50 per cent of the first releases sold off plan, mainly through the Help to Buy incentive.
Among the first to reserve at Woodland Croft were Andrew and Andrea Nicklas, after choosing Linden Homes above other developers in the area. Friends, and soon to be neighbours, Rachael Lowery and William Swinger, and Paul Dervey, and Michelle Chandler also snapped their homes fresh from the drawing board.
Reservations have since been made for homes due for completion in May, June and July.
And with the opportunity to beat the rush and reserve from plan, buyers can reap the many benefits of snapping up a new home from the drawing board, including:
The sales and marketing suite is currently based at Linden Homes’ The Parklands development in North Ferriby and is open daily from 10.30am until 5pm. Alternatively, contact the sales team to reserve your new home on 01482 632493.
