Linden Homes is preparing to launch four very special four bedroom townhouses at Park Centrale in Southampton.
The four new family homes are part of the Palmerston Court phase of this highly popular development and they come with a very smart address. If you buy one of these homes, you’re destined to live at ‘The Avenue, Southampton’.
Park Centrale are situated at the bottom of The Avenue: Tina Chalk the marketing manager for Linden Homes Southern says there is a lot of kudos in having an Avenue address:
