Linden Homes Midlands has strengthened its sales team at the popular Carpenter’s Place development in Northamptonshire – with the appointment of Roger Farr.
Former estate agent Roger joins the company with a decade of residential property and new homes experience to his credit.
He is working alongside sales executive Gary Cranfield at the Brackley site, where 139 two, three and four-bedroom homes are being built.
Roger -who began his career in the entertainment sector, as a rep for a holiday company - says people are his passion.
“I see myself as a real people person, and coupled with my interest in property, this is a great role for me. It is fantastic to be able to combine the two to help people achieve their goal of a new dream home – and to go on that journey with them.”
Having grown up in nearby Banbury, Roger says he is very happy to have ‘come home’, and is relishing his new role with Linden Homes.
Carpenter’s Place is a popular development with first time buyers and young professionals alike.
Situated off Northampton Road, it benefits from a rural feel with a friendly local community, good shops and leisure facilities and an excellent range of schools. It is also perfectly placed for commuters to Northampton and Milton Keynes – which both less than 22 miles away.
