With work well underway, Linden Homes has released its first homes for sale at Monument View in Wellington, prior to the show home launching in the new year.
Located off Exeter Road in Rockwell Green, Monument View will comprise 79 new properties. It is part of a larger development, being created by Linden Homes and Bovis Homes, which will also provide affordable housing, as well as public open space with play equipment.
Linden Homes’ development will feature three and four bedroom properties and among the first releases are four bedroom detached homes.
Currently available is The Pembroke, which offers a fantastic layout, perfect for family living.
