Leading housebuilder, Linden Homes, has moved its South West regional office to Exeter.
Following 28 years at its former premises in Newton Abbot, the company has relocated to Camberwell House at Exeter Business Park.
Linden Homes employs over 120 people in its South West region, from surveyors to land buyers, site managers to technical coordinators, including a number of apprentices and trainees.
Speaking about the move, Linden Homes’ managing director, Nigel Palmer said: “We needed to make too many alterations to our last office to accommodate our growth so it was obvious that we needed a change.
“We’re delighted with our new move, the office is great. We have more meeting rooms and its ideally located, just off the M5 and the A30, providing easy access to our developments across Devon and Cornwall.”
Linden Homes is creating new homes at Tithe Barn in Exeter, Meldon Fields in Okehampton, Kings Gate in Kingsteignton, White Rock in Paignton, Orestone View in Goodrington, Camomile Lawn in Totnes, Sherford in the South Hams, Beechfield Grove in Plymouth, Montbray in Barnstaple, Three Rivers in Truro and Boslowen in Camborne.
