Linden Homes has just released its first homes for sale at Perrybrook in Brockworth, prior to the show home and marketing suite launching in January.
Perrybrook will provide 225 beautiful new homes, which will include 62 affordable properties through partnership working with Sovereign Housing Association, as well as a children’s play park and a community orchard, which will be planted in the new year by local school children. There are three, four and five bedroom properties, with two bedroom homes coming soon.
