Millbrook Park in Mill Hill was the focus of some frenzied attention over the weekend. A specially organised event to launch the Linden Homes’ apartments at the usually tranquil and sedate Officers’ Mess building proved so popular that, of the ten apartments available, all have now been reserved. Nine of them were sold by the end of the weekend.
Linden Homes’ sales and marketing director Simon Pendlebury said that one hundred people had booked appointments for the open weekend event:
“We knew that it was going to be a busy couple of days at Millbrook Park, but I have never seen anything like this. People were taking their wallets out to pay the deposit as they were walking out of the show apartment – having only seen floor plans for the other homes. But I’m not surprised: The building is beautiful and the apartments are very generous, light and spacious. They all have high ceilings and the specification – always something Linden Homes is proud of – is of our highest standard yet.
“Every apartment comes with great features: Each one has a rain dance shower in the bathroom; quartz worktops in the kitchen and gas on glass hobs. The development is within easy walking distance of Mill Hill East tube station, set in an historic, elegant building in landscaped gardens and finished to an extremely high standard.”
Those who missed out on the apartments at The Officers’ Mess won’t have long to wait until the next Linden Homes are available at Millbrook Park. A selection of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses will be released towards the end of the year.
