Linden Homes has launched four extremely unusual and chic two bedroom apartments at Ocean Village. You won’t have seen anything quite like them before.
Two have, unsurprisingly, already been reserved – but there are still two remaining.
These homes are part of the Splash development, which overlooks the Ocean Village Marina. The apartments have been designed with light and space in mind. They are modern, sleek, open plan and feature floor to ceiling glass walls one entire side.
Both are being finished to the usual high specification of an award-winning Linden home. There are granite work tops in the fully integrated kitchen and all the appliances are guaranteed. Each of them comes with secure, under croft parking complete with a secure entry system.
The first apartment is a duplex and is arranged over two floors.
