A new name is coming to Great Oldbury with news that Linden Homes has acquired a parcel of land at the exciting location, which will eventually become a 1,350-home community.
The national housebuilder intends to build 178 new properties, including 125 private and 53 affordable homes. This new phase will deliver a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses.
The Linden development will become an integral part of Great Oldbury, an exciting new part of Gloucestershire, which will include a local centre, a primary school and green open space.

The site is located to the west of Stonehouse, close to Junction 13 of the M5 motorway, offering excellent commuter links.
