A new name is coming to Great Oldbury with news that Linden Homes has acquired a parcel of land at the exciting location, which will eventually become a 1,350-home community.
The national housebuilder intends to build 178 new properties, including 125 private and 53 affordable homes. This new phase will deliver a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses.
The Linden development will become an integral part of Great Oldbury, an exciting new part of Gloucestershire, which will include a local centre, a primary school and green open space.
Nicola Goldsmith, sales and marketing director in the organisation’s Cotswold region, said: “We are thrilled to be part of this fantastic new development, which will offer wonderful opportunities for Gloucestershire house hunters whether they be first-time buyers, second steppers, looking to upsize or seeking to downsize.
“Great Oldbury is set to be an excellent community with fantastic facilities available for those who live there, and we look forward to sharing more details with our customers about the Linden Homes that will be available.”
The site is located to the west of Stonehouse, close to Junction 13 of the M5 motorway, offering excellent commuter links.
