Housebuilder, Linden Homes, will host an open weekend in January to launch The Maltings, its new 61-home development in Penwortham, South Ribble.
The event will take place on the 13th and 14th January at Penwortham Golf Club, and will give prospective and first-time buyers the opportunity to find out more about the new-build homes at The Maltings, as well as what financial support may be available to them.
Property Perspective, which covers all aspects of selling properties through its experienced sales team, and New Homes Group, the UK's leading mortgage specialist, will be on hand all weekend to offer expert advice on packages that can make the first step onto the property ladder more achievable.
Home buyers will also be able to learn more about the three and four-bedroom open market homes available to them at the 4.2-acre site, as well as prices and information on the local area.
The first homes are expected to complete in Summer 2018, with two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom houses on offer solely to first-time buyers through a tailor-made scheme, designed to help more people purchase their first home.
