Linden Homes To Create A Buzz In Bedfordshire With New Development
16 Mar 2015

Linden Homes Midlands is building on the success of its existing developments in Bedfordshire, with the announcement of more new homes for the area coming soon.

Planning permission has been granted for 109 new homes in Dunstable, close to the Central Bedfordshire College and access to the Busway.

The development – to be called Kaleidoscope – will be located off College Drive, a commutable location due to its easy access to Luton, Milton Keynes and Bedford.

A collection of one and two-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom coach houses and three and four-bedroom homes will make up the development, which will be built in a range of modern terraced townhouse and traditional semi-detached styles.

The award-winning housebuilder created a buzz across Bedfordshire last year, with the first of two developments almost sold out within just two months of being launched - making it the company’s fastest selling regional development to date.

Harvest Meadow in Dunton and Sandy’s Kestrel Ridge development attracted huge forward interest and many off-plan sales.

Although the Dunstable development won’t be launched until late summer / early autumn 2015, there is a chance for potential homebuyers to beat the rush and register their interest now and reap the benefits of reserving from the drawing board.

Contemporary kitchens and bathrooms, energy efficiency fittings and a 10-year National House Building Council (NHBC) protection are among the many advantages, as well as:

  • Selecting a plot with a sought-after south facing garden
  • Choosing their preferred taste in bathroom wall tiles
  • Choosing their preferred kitchen units and worktops
  • Having a blank canvas from which to plan their new home
  • Lower utility bills and reduced maintenance bills that new homes can offer
  • New materials used in the construction process also mean that new homes are more energy efficient than their older counterparts

Meanwhile Linden Homes is currently awaiting planning approval on a 117 home development at Great Denham, to be called Portfolio, which will further the company’s presence in the county.
