WHEN it comes to encouraging their staff to raise money for a good cause – Linden Homes seem to have nailed it!
Pretty pink polish andfluffy cupcakes were the unusual order of the day on site at one of the region’s most popular developments, Orchid at Oakham.
Wearing It Pink to boost funds for October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month were sporting site manager Paul Mott, who received a mini makeover from trainee site manager Natalie Armstrong – rewarding with a tasty cupcake topped with pink icing!
Cup cakes were also sold on site – as well as at the developer’s Peterborough head office, where pink-wearing staff helped to raise around £300 towards the campaign.
Linden Homes’ sales administrator Bev Bray, who helped to co-ordinate the fundraising said: “Thanks to all our staff and supporters who entered into the spirit of things. We had great fun raising money for such a worthy cause.”
