Linden Homes has opened one of its new homes at its Coed Y Brenin development in Abergavenny, to a local art group to use as exhibition space.
Coed Y Brenin, an exclusive development of just 21 private homes, is located on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park and includes a range of four- and five- bedroom homes in an unrivalled location.
Abergavenny Art Group is currently displaying 50 paintings at the development, which is open to the public daily between 10.00am and 5.00pm. Works from local artists, which now adorn the walls of a three-storey, four-bedroom Beech style home and are available to buy priced from £30, will be displayed until Sunday 8 September.
Ralph Herron, Chairman of Abergavenny Art Group, said: “We are delighted that Linden Homes Western has given us the opportunity to extend our summer exhibition schedule by allowing us to exhibit at Coed Y Brenin. Our artists’ work is presented here in a unique setting which complements the work of our members who live and work in the Abergavenny area.”
Sue Scholfield, Sales Director at Linden Homes Western, said: “We are aware of the vibrant artistic community in Abergavenny and partnering the art group in this way demonstrates our support. The paintings look great in this setting and we hope that the exhibition will encourage interest in both local artists as well as in our Coed Y Brenin development.”
At Coed Y Brenin home-buyers have a choice of beautiful four- and five-bedroom homes all with luxury fitted kitchens and bathrooms and offering flexible living space. The show home is open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm. For more information call 0844 417 3937.
