Two local site managers for Linden Homes’ Beaumont Park development near Ringwood and Kilnhurst Gardens development in Verwood, have been recognised by the NHBC’s annual Pride in the Job Awards which celebrates the exceptional contribution site managers make in creating homes of outstanding quality.
Matthew Coe (29) and Lewis Little (29) form part of the 450 Regional Quality Award winners selected from more than 16,000 entries from across the country. This year’s winners were hand-picked after being assessed on the skills demonstrated on site including; consistency, leadership, attention to detail, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise and health and safety.
It is a second time win for Matthew who has worked as the site manager at Beaumont Park since joining Linden Homes in 2017.
Commenting on his award, Matthew said: “I am glad that my team and I have been recognised for the hard work and determination we have put in to achieving this award. It really goes to show that a great team can achieve anything. More importantly we hope that our hard work has helped our customers move into their dream homes”
Lewis Little joined Linden Homes in 2016 and managed the successful Kilnhurst Gardens development from inception through to completion. Lewis comments: “The development has been a pleasure to manage from start to finish. My team and sub-contractors have worked very hard to deliver the quality our customers deserve. Winning the pride in the job award was the icing on the cake for us and Linden Homes. It has always been a dream of mine to win the pride in the job award since becoming a site manager after leaving the army and I am very happy.”

Following the announcement of the first-round winners, all have been invited to attend the regional award ceremonies this Autumn to celebrate their achievement and witness the announcement of the Seal of Excellent and Regional Award winners.
Beaumont Park is a collection of three- and four-bedroom houses located close to the bustling market town of Ringwood and picturesque New Forest.
The final home remains at Kilnhurst Garden which is a development consisting of three and four bedroom family homes in Verwood with easy connections to the M27 (J1, 15 miles) and Bournemouth station (under 13 miles) offering direct trains to Southampton and London Waterloo.
