Taking place at Bitton Mill in Bitton, The Orchards in Thornbury and Ensleigh in Bath on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th August, visitors will be able to view the show home, receive financial advice and find out more about the housebuilder’s exclusive move in package. Sue Scholfield, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes, explained: “If you are unsure if you can afford to move or if you would like to learn more about the ways we can help, then come along to our event at the weekend. We will have independent financial advisors on hand to offer you free financial advice and you can also speak to our in-house part exchange coordinator if you have a property to sell.
“From part exchange to Help to Buy, we have schemes available that could help you move sooner than you think. Alternatively, if it’s challenging to raise the stamp duty funds, we could pay your stamp duty on selected homes.” Linden Homes is creating a collection of stunning three and four bedroom homes at Bitton Mill, beautiful three, four and five bedroom homes at The Orchards in Thornbury, plus four and five bedroom exclusive homes at Ensleigh in Bath.
