This Easter Bank Holiday weekend Linden Homes is opening its doors to its Meadow Gardens development in the village of Thaxted. Local house hunters are encouraged to come along and take advantage of the opportunity to meet the Linden experts and discuss the variety of financial incentives available to help make the move to their new dream home that much easier. A selection of homes will be available to view over the weekend, enabling house hunters to get a feel for what a home at Meadow Gardens can offer them.
A range of exclusive additional incentives will also be available over Easter Weekend only at the development, including the opportunity to reserve for £99, £1,500 contribution towards legal fees, £5,000 towards stamp duty, along with chosen flooring and appliances included in the homes.
Meadow Gardens consists of 47 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes that combine modern luxury and country living. Designed to complement Thaxted’s medieval village aesthetic, with its famous Guildhall and restored Windmill, the Meadow Gardens homes are a mix of traditional architecture with modern, high specification aspects.

The Part Exchange incentive means that Linden Homes will offer to buy a potential resident’s current home – avoiding a property chain and the stresses that come with it. After instructing local estate agents to carry our valuations of the buyer’s current home, Linden Homes will make an offer. Then, if the customer is happy, reserve their new home and have it taken off the market.
The process means that new buyers can part exchange in as little as a fortnight, and not only this, but Linden Homes can offer a license for residents to still occupy their home during the process, meaning they can gradually move out of their existing home, ensuring a stress-free move.
