Linden Homes Congratulated For Being 'Considerate Constructors' At The Copse

Builders don’t always have a reputation for being considerate, but leading housebuilder Linden Homes is pleased to have changed this misconception at its new homes development in East Ogwell.

The company has won a silver national site award for The Copse at the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) National Site Awards 2014.

Robin Palmer, Linden Homes’ senior site manager at The Copse, has worked tirelessly with his assistant site manager, Mike Pugh and his team to ensure the development meets the scheme’s high standards.

Designed to make those on site aware of their impact on others, the CCS commits those contractors to be considerate and good neighbours, as well as clean, respectful, safe, environmentally conscious, responsible and accountable.

Winning a national site award is an exceptional achievement, and recognises those sites that have made the greatest contribution towards improving the image of construction.
