2012 is the year for going for gold – and Linden Homes has got into the spirit of this by winning a Gold Award for the fourth year running at the annual RoSPA awards.
The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents only gives out the Gold Award to UK companies who attain a very high level of safety management in the work place and who have shown an outstanding ability to minimise errors and control risk.
RoSPA’s objective is to reduce the number of accidents and cases of ill health at work and the awards are in place to encourage organisations to develop robust health and safety management systems.
David Cole, Construction Director from Linden Homes Southern, says that a fourth award is a really great achievement:
“When we won our third Gold Award last year, I said that it recognised Linden’s highly effective safety systems. This year, those safety systems have remained robust and we’re really proud to accept our fourth Gold Award in a row from RoSPA.
“It’s always good to know that while we are attempting to maintain impeccable safety standards, our efforts are being recognised by an organisation like RoSPA. We are really pleased that the Gold Award acknowledges once again that our standards at Linden Homes are not only very high – but consistently so.”
