JOINING the team at Linden Homes in Northamptonshire is sales executive Linda Beesley.
Linda, who is based at the new Roman View development in the village of Greens Norton, joins the award-winning developer with six years experience from one of the UK’s largest house builders.
Living in Northampton and having worked in the area for several years, Linda says her previous background in retail is perfect for her current role.
She said: “I like to have all the facts and figures at my finger tips which is crucial when you are talking to a customer who is interested in buying any product – in this case, a brand new home!”
Green’s Norton is located on the edge of historic Towcester, and Roman View has already attracted huge interest – with over 80 per cent of potential buyers coming from the local area.
Linda added: “This is a very sought after village location, and people looking to move here from neighbouring areas have been impressed by our new home designs as well as how the development fits in with the local surroundings.”
The development has wide appeal with everyone from first time buyers and young professionals to those looking to downsize to a smaller home.
An intimate development, Roman View will comprise a range of one, two, three and four bedroom homes set in a private cul-de-sac location.
