iPad Winner Thrilled To Receive Prize From Linden Homes Strategy Briefing

Last October, Linden Homes South East hosted a high-profile event at London’s Swiss Re building (aka The Gherkin).

The event was designed to provide leading professionals from the property sector and the media, as well as Linden Homes staff, with a detailed analysis of the property market and to showcase the company’s ambitious intentions, both nationally and within the London marketplace. We had a fantastic turnout, with more than 200 people attending on the day.

Attendees were also invited to leave their business card to go into the draw to win an iPad. And the lucky winner was Angus Irvine, Development Partner with commercial property and planning consultancy, Rapleys.

“It was quite amusing – my wife had just bought an iPad when I received the email saying that I had won. I very rarely win anything! I’m very chuffed and it will be extremely useful – the only challenge will be to keep it away from my kids,” Angus said.

“The event at The Gherkin was enormously beneficial. I was interested to learn about Linden Homes’ development programme and plans for the future, particularly its land acquisition strategy. I also have numerous contacts within Linden Homes, and other people they work with, so it was good to have everyone in the same room, which is quite a rare occurrence these days.”

Angus added: “I’m looking forward to continue working with Linden Homes in the future as new land acquisition opportunities arise.”
