When it comes to achieving targets, site presentation and meeting building industry regulations – it’s all safe as houses with site manager Kevin Dutton on the job!
Kevin has been awarded Linden Homes East Yorkshire’s site manager of the quarter award, as part of an internal scheme where company bosses formally visit each development, looking closely at its presentation and production performance.
Linden Homes East Yorkshire construction director Darron Facey said: “Kevin joined us in February this year and was tasked with the site at Beverley Parklands which was an existing site that started back in March 2015.
“He worked extremely hard to fulfill all the company’s requirements from a production point of view which led to us achieving our year-end target – and the tall order - of handing over a total of 35 completed properties.”
Kevin will now be judged along with three other quarterly winners for the region’s internal Site Manger of the Year award 2015/16, due to be announced at the company’s Christmas party.
