Linden helps chain-bound home buyers with 100% part-exchange offer
Linden Homes is doing its bit to beat the winter blues with its 100% part-exchange offer to home buyers.
Prospective buyers, who are put off by the frustration and uncertainty of dealing with a chain, can sell their property direct to the housebuilder and move directly into their brand-new Linden home.
Adrian Bird, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes, comments: “When buyers get into a chain situation, they can find that the process is riddled with pitfalls. As soon as someone pulls out, the chain breaks down, and often it can put purchasers right back to square one.

The buyer can then move into their chosen property without the difficulties of dealing with a chain, and without the hassle of using estate agents.
